  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Unused products with original packaging intact
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong items received

Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date

Important: Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns and customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect:

  • Passport Covers (personalized items)
  • Phone Cases (opened packaging)

These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or are the incorrect product.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number and date
  • Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: desired product and variant
  • Your contact information and shipping address

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Return label if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely including:

  • Original packaging and all tags
  • Return authorization number clearly marked on the package
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • We inspect items within 3-5 business days
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange
  • Send confirmation email once complete

  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
