Return & Exchange Eligibility
We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:
- Items in original condition with tags attached
- Unused products with original packaging intact
- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong items received
Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
Important: Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene concerns and customization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect:
- Passport Covers (personalized items)
- Phone Cases (opened packaging)
These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or are the incorrect product.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number and date
- Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: desired product and variant
- Your contact information and shipping address
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Return label if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item(s) securely including:
- Original packaging and all tags
- Return authorization number clearly marked on the package
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return:
- We inspect items within 3-5 business days
- Process your refund or ship your exchange
- Send confirmation email once complete

Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different product:
- We ship your new item once we receive and process your return

- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
