Return & Exchange Eligibility

We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:

  • Items in original condition with tags attached
  • Unused products with original packaging
  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong items received

Timeframe:

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Important Note: Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Passport Covers (personalized items)
  • Phone Cases (opened packaging)

These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or are the incorrect product.

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Return label if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely and include:

  • Original packaging and tags
  • Return authorization number on the outside of the package
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • Process your refund or ship your exchange
  • Send you a confirmation email

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

What Will Be Refunded:

  • Full product price for eligible returns
  • Original shipping fees for damaged/wrong items
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
  • PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account

Exchange Process

For exchanges to a different product:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item
  • Standard shipping times apply for the new shipment

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
